After two decades in business, we have built up a significant customer base, most of whom have remained faithful to Merridale fuel management systems. Indeed much credit for the development of Merridale products is due to feedback from our customers and our shared experience. We do appreciate this loyalty. Special thanks also go to our suppliers and the workforce at Wolverhampton for their valuable expertise and dedication over the years.
I have been asked to provide a few thoughts on the company’s achievement and any particular strengths and qualities that have enabled MIS Fuel Monitoring to maintain its position in such a highly competitive market sector.
Sustainability is about ensuring we hold to a successful business model. It’s about our profitability as a business – that means fair wages for our workforce and building sound commercial relationships with our suppliers.
We have distinguished our products under the Merridale brand which stands for two main guiding principles – Quality and Sustainability.
Quality delivers the trust that underlines our customer service. We are committed to supplying equipment that is accurate as well as reliable. We specify top quality components and our equipment is designed to be easily serviced. Whilst some wear and tear is inevitable, we do take care to ensure that such components can be replaced easily.

It follows then that Merridale may not be the cheapest on the market. But our focus is on durability, resilience and through life cost of ownership. We are in it for the long term and we believe that our success is built on delivering equipment that is not only fit for purpose, but also excellent value for money.
