MIS Fuel Monitoring Ltd has been awarded SAFEcontractor accreditation, thereby underlining the company’s continued commitment towards health and safety.
To become accredited, companies have to undergo a detailed vetting process which examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice.
The company’s application for SAFEcontractor status was driven by the need for a uniform best practice standard across the business. The accreditation means that MIS now meets the health and safety credentials of more than 120 major clients who use the scheme to choose approved suppliers.
Commenting on the accreditation, Stephen Hannan said: “We believe that good health and safety management is an essential quality performance requirement, for professionals in our business sector. We can now show customers that our policies and procedures are amongst the best in the industry.”
“It’s not a bad unique selling point either. Since becoming accredited, it has helped us to secure new work from a number of major clients.”
