Merridale customers can access a suite of online ‘how-to’ videos through the ‘guides’ section of their website, which will assist you through the most common queries relating to the equipment or software.
These queries include ‘how do I add a new driver?’ and ‘how do I reconfigure a data key?’ with more videos to be added in the near future. For any other issue or for additional support, Merridale offers a dedicated phone line where you can talk to a member of the helpdesk.
As well as these ‘how-to’ guides, there is also a voiced FuelWorks demonstration which gives an in-depth look at the features and the benefits of the web-based software.
